Although the parades, drinks, and parties are always fun, I never hear of a brewery hosting a haunted house or a Halloween festival. It’s always labeled as an Oktoberfest festival. NYC Beer Week was celebrated during Halloween week, but was unfortunately moved to Labor Day weekend.

I never knew how hard the pretty people have it until I watched Nip/ Tuck. To keep those sculpted bodies must be hard work. Those chiseled abs, that flawless skin, those firm legs, those plump, luscious, perky- lips; it can’t be easy having the perfect body. Getting one and obtaining it- must be not just hard, but damn hard work.

T.J. Finley’s definitely has the potential to bring a rich Irish ancestry to the modern streets of Bayshore with stone walls and hardwood paneling surrounding an antique-style wooden fireplace. Walking into Finley’s on a quiet evening might just feel like a little slice of beer heaven. There are 26 craft beers on tap and almost 80 bottled selections.
