A-rod did not think you warranted listening to when you spoke your mind about him breaking one of baseball’s unwritten rules. Since you had not done anything yet, you did not deserve to be listened to by someone like him.

Anheuser-Busch’s Bud Light brand has entered into a multi-year sponsorship agreement with the National Football League.
Getting drafted is great; heck, just the phone call inviting a guy out to camp would be enough for most guys. It would mean that you still had a fighting chance to continue living the dream. However, for one guy, the phone call just was not good enough. Scott Sicko not only got the call from one team, but from multiple, and he decided to turn them all down.
With the final pick of the draft, the Detroit Lions reverted back to the Matt Millen days and chose a wide receiver, Tim Toone of Weber State. Maybe since they waited to the end of the draft to take this one, he’ll actually work out (in case you were not aware, the genius that was Matt Millen took three wide receivers with the team’s first round pick when he was GM- they all failed miserably).
I soon realized that I didn’t understand much about the game of soccer. I know it is one of the most popular sports in the world, but maybe if I had grown up somewhere other than a place the worshiped football (Texas), I would think differently.
