Okay, so I almost spit out the beer I was drinking when I read this article. I would never make a bogus phone call to the cops, but somehow if I did, I’d probably follow this guy’s lead.
The lack of as much appeal as would be expected has nothing to do with the game itself. Fans and general managers alike are all clamoring for the start of what stands to be one of the most exciting free agency periods that the NBA has seen in a long time.
After just two games in the East and two in the West, I feel pretty comfortable saying that the Finals will be between the defending champions, the Los Angeles Lakers, and the old guys in the East, the Boston Celtics.
Let’s be honest folks, the Suns just do not have enough fire power to outscore the Lakers nor do they have the defensive ability to shut down all their weapons. I would not have thought that the aging Celtics would have been able to hang with the Orlando Magic, but after two strong wins I am a believer.

In an off-season full of big names finding new homes all over the NFL there has been one player noticeably absent from the headlines. He is brash. He is athletic. He is talented. Few can take over a game quite like he can, and even fewer can polarize a fan base both for and against him quite like he can.
I’m talking about the one, the only—Terrell Owens.

A-rod did not think you warranted listening to when you spoke your mind about him breaking one of baseball’s unwritten rules. Since you had not done anything yet, you did not deserve to be listened to by someone like him.
Fellow celebrities are people to and are allowed to have feelings about other celebrities. Unlike the majority of us however, there is usually someone listening to them and broadcasting his or her opinion to the rest of us. After all, who does not like a good piece of gossip?
