Avery, Salvation Belgian Style Golden Ale

Salvation might go better with Easter considering its Christy themes of redemption and sacrifice, but for the more religious beer drinkers out there, Avery’s Salvation may be one of the only beers out there to acknowledge any sort of religion on its label. It’s a pretty standard Belgian-style Golden ale with a mellow flavor that’s followed by that familiar tingle that lingers on the tongue. Its would go well with a salty meal of a steak sandwich and thick cut French fries, which admittedly is not a very Christmassy image, but it’s a pleasant thought nonetheless. Boxing Day food maybe?
