September 2, 2009 – Hop City’s Left Hand Beer Tasting (Atlanta, GA)
Atlanta’s Octane Coffee Bar and Lounge is hosting a beer tasting on September 2nd from 5 – 7 PM.  There will be free samples of Left Hand’s Seasonal Oktoberfest, St. Vrain Tripel, and Milk Stout.  Free beer?  Why not?! For details, call 404.350.9998 or check out the event page on Facebook.

September 2, 2009 – Lancaster Brewing Night and Chocolate Tasting (Philadelphia, PA)

September 4 – 6, 2009 – Mystery Beer Weekend (Philadelphia, PA)

Think you’re a beer expert?  Spend your weekend with 33 unnamed beers at the Memphis Taproom on September 4th, 5th, and 6th.  There will be eleven categories: Hop Bomb, IPA, Spiced/Herb, Cask, American, German, Brett, Pils, Wood, Dubbel, Belgian Style.  Your task is to name all 33 beers after you’ve sampled each one.  Ballots must be turned in by 4 PM on Sunday.  The person with the most correctly named beers will win a beer-filled prize package!  Check out http://www.memphistaproom.com/mysterybeerweekend.htm for details.

September 4 – 9, 2009 – Great World Beer Fest (New York, NY)
Six years ago, in order to create awareness of craft beers, the Great World Beer Festival was organized and has since been the best attended Beer Festival in NY.  This year there will be hundred of beers from breweries like Bear Republic, DAB, Lagunitas, Moosbacher, Original Sin, Yanjing, and many more.  In addition to all of the beer, each guest will be able to enjoy live music, listen to lectures, attend meet and greets with some of the brewers, and eat some delicious food!  For more information, call 800.935.8537 or visit http://brewtopiafest.com.

September 5, 2009 – Seattle Pub Crawl (Seattle, WA)
What a better way to tour Seattle than drinking beer while doing so?!  Each pub crawler will try local beer and learn about the brewing process. September 11 – 20, 2009 – 2nd annual NY Craft Beer Week (New York, NY)

September 12, 2009 – First Annual Little Woody Barrel Aged Brew Festival (Bend, OR)

September 12, 2009 – L.I.C Craft Beer Festival (Long Island City, NY)
On September 12th, Long Island City is hosting the first annual L.I.C. September 12, 2009 – Brass City Brew Fest (Waterbury, CT)
Attention beer lovers: this event is a must!  This year, Brass City Brew Fest will be promoting over 250 beers from both international and domestic breweries.  As of now, there will be beers brewed by 11 international breweries and 17 domestic breweries.  For an extra $10, you’ll be able to drink your way through the Belgian Tent, which will be featuring beer from 46 Belgian breweries.  There will be live performances by three different bands, all which are to be announced.  For interesting patrons, there will be craft beer 101 mini seminars.  Check out http://www.brasscitybrewfest.com/ for more info.

September 12, 2009 – Autumn Brew Review (Minneapolis, MN)

September 12, 2009 – Annual NYC German Pub Crawl (NY, NY)

September 13, 2009 – The Brooklyn Cheese Experiment (Brooklyn, NY)

September 19, 2009 – Great Tucson Beer Festival (Tucson, AZ)

September 26, 2009 – 4th Annual Ski Sundown Brewer’s Fest (Hartford, CT)
