Beer Vinaigrette

beer saladWith all of the beer you’ll be drinking this weekend, you need to have something light – like a side on salad…and maybe with a little beer in the dressing. Remember to choose a light beer like an ale.

This recipe is doesn’t require a whole lot of work and it’s perfect for our vegetarian friends.

Ingredients:
-1 1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
-1 cup beer
-1 small onion, finely chopped
-1 large clove garlic, mashed
-1 tablespoon sugar
-2 tablespoons salt
-1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate it for 1-2 hours.
